To the Landlord and Broker

First thing must do after i woke up,is to interpret a letter i got yesterday night from an American-born-Arab girl tenant,complaining my dad,she is so...............Muslim XD
Let's get it started~~~
As concerns the Landlord,he did not fulfill his duties:

• I was not given my parking space for personal use as is my right under the contract (stupid,she doesn't even have a car)
• The apartment was not at all cleaned properly when the premise was handed to me (she moved in the next day when the previous tenant moved out,it's ridiculous of what she expected us to clean the apartment with so little time given),only a dirty wet cloth (our maid did it XD,she should use her personal towel to clean the house ma,so kacau). I personally had to spend at least two days cleaning the apartment with cleaning material i bought.(she's dreaming,hotel mehhhhhh)
• There were 15-20 empty wine bottles under the stove,which to me as a Muslim was also offensive.(we got no idea of it,maybe the previous tenants kept it for recycle, but good job!! XD)
• The shower curtain is extremely old......
• The couches are very old and torn,one has a large gaping hole in it.(it's not really that large as she mentioned)
• The number of appliances was minimal,excluding normal items such as a microwave,a blender,coffee pot,and a tea pot.(thinking of how to enjoy life,sucks!!)
• The apartment furnishing and appliances were very old and in need of repair,and requested repairs were not at all fulfilled.As such,the amount of rent i was asked to pay per month,1300MYR,was an absurd amount.I was unfairly taken advantage of simply because i was a foreigner.(She agreed with the price,that was why she rent it!!i was there when she was moving in)

Due to the unfair price and the failure of the landlord and broker to meet their ends of the contract duties in multiple accounts,i will be vacating the premise early on May9,and as such,as the tenant i should not have to lose my security deposit (she breaks the agreement,in fact she doesn't have the right to claim the deposit).My security deposit (1300 MYR) must be used to pay for the monthly rental for the period April 10-May 9 (she is so tricky) and i must be fully refunded my electricity and water deposit (500MYR).

End of the letter,actually there are some more complaints that are not mentioned in here.I'm waiting the moment that she moves out,kakaka......
